There’s no better way to bear the cold Winter months than by fuelling up on Impact’s delicious NEW menu items! Including warm Wraps & Sandwiches, fluffy Protein Pancakes, exclusive Dinner options, and more. Plus, we’ve partnered with local Regenerative Farms to source sustainable ingredients like grass fed tallow braised beef - featured in many new dishes. With so many options to choose from, there’s something for everyone!

Braised Beef Burrito

All your favourite fajita flavours, featuring our new grass fed tallow braised beef, wrapped in a soft, gluten free tortilla. Packed with vitamin C rich peppers, onions, fresh salsa, and avocado loaded with omega-3s. Infused with immunity boosting garlic, lemon, and lime juice for a burst of freshness. With 34g of protein, plus iron and B vitamins, this burrito is as nourishing as it is delicious. Served with extra housemade salsa roja for an extra kick of flavour and spice.

Chicken Pesto Wrap

A fresh, gluten free take on a classic with perfectly balanced flavour and texture. Inside, you'll find grilled chicken breast packing 32g of lean protein, our plant based housemade basil pesto rich in B vitamins and omega-3s, arugula, pickled red onion, and roasted red peppers, loaded with fibre, antioxidants, and vitamins C & K. Plus, a sweet and savoury crunch from our maple walnuts, balsamic glaze, feta, and crispy baked capers. Rolled in a soft tortilla, lightly toasted, and served with an extra side of pesto—perfect for dipping!

BBQ Braised Beef Sandwich

A classic comfort dish with an Impact twist! Served on a lightly toasted gluten free ciabatta bun, this sandwich is stacked with tender grass fed tallow braised beef, delivering 28g of protein, iron, and B vitamins. The flavours are bold and balanced with tangy housemade pickled onion and pickles, plus our maple mustard BBQ sauce—naturally sweetened with real Canadian maple syrup free from refined sugars. 

Teriyaki Braised Beef Bowl

Exclusively available for Dinner everyday after 5pm, featuring our regenerative farmed, grass fed tallow braised beef which delivers B vitamins and protein, served over whole grain brown rice with fibre rich bok choy, edamame, carrots, onions, peppers, and mushrooms—loaded with antioxidants and vitamins A, C, and D. Finished with a naturally sweetened teriyaki sauce infused with ginger and garlic, topped with an umami nori crunch packed with healthy nuts and seeds.

Protein Pancakes

Everything you love about classic pancakes—plus 27g of protein and available 7 days a week! Made with Impact Everyday vanilla whey grass fed protein powder, these gluten free pancakes combine almond flour and whole grain oat flour. Whisked with whole eggs, organic milk, and grass fed butter, they’re light, fluffy, and naturally sweetened with pure Canadian maple syrup. Topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries for fibre, vitamin C, and antioxidants, plus a dollop of housemade cinnamon butter and an extra drizzle of maple syrup.

Crispy Caesar 

A new take on our original Kale Caesar - elevated and packed with crunch! Kale and arugula form the base, loaded with vitamins A, C, K, and calcium. Tossed in our classic housemade cashew Caesar dressing, it’s vegan, seed oil free, and rich in omega-3s. Topped with crispy baked parmesan and capers, with a generous sprinkle of toasted pumpkin seeds and pumpkin parmesan for added B vitamins, zinc, and protein.

Tuna Poke Bowl

We’ve taken our Poke Bowl to the next level, now packed with bright citrus and umami flavours! Sticky whole grain brown rice is topped with sustainably sourced wild tuna and edamame packing in over 30g of protein, and a colourful mix of cucumber, carrot, radish, and avocado. Tossed in a housemade yuzu citrus vinaigrette and finished with creamy miso mayo made with pure avocado oil. The final touch is our housemade nori crunch topping with hemp, sesame, and cashews for healthy fats and lasting energy.
